The Cage trailer looks very stock horror. Good special effects but predictable story. Natasha's book is clever and layered and I love Oryluyan's fan trailer.

Fantastic trailer! Has anyone watched the Season of the Witch promo trailer with Nicholas Cage? Obviously not based on Natasha's book thank goodness.

Hi Leti, I completely agree.

By the way, you managed to identify the grand theme of my story and you have yet to read the book!

Pleased you enjoyed the game!

Hi I just played your game and it was very interesting.
The question that most made me think was If I could choose to live forever or love forever. I think most people would like to live forever but what would be the point if you lived forever but never experienced love?
I have not yet read your book, but as soon as my budget allows it I will.

Luchan -- aha! No use trying to hide your true colours!

Truthfully, I've always thought the Thief to be the most interesting profile by far -- dangerous, cool, a man of stealth...once you read the book, you'll see The Thief is also physically beautiful !! and a genius. So no moaning, OK? (smileys aren't working today??)

Candy --

I agree with you on the cyberspace questions and I've also had feedback along the same line from MySpace friends.

It was quite challenging to write this game. The difficult part was matching the answers to the three characters I have in my book, which means I was not always able to be as nuanced as I would have liked. There is an underlying theme in Keeper about the difference between cyberspace and the close, upfront interaction one has in a dojo environment and my three main characters have different viewpoints. But you are right -- that question and a couple of others are very black/white/grey and allow for no other subtle hues or tones

Hello. I found you while searching for Kindle contests. I have to say your version is by FAR the most effective. In reading the info throughout answering the game questions I now have to run out and get one of your books.

I wanted to comment on one of the questions though. In the question on 'forming relationships in cyberspace' none fit me. I just chose the least inaccurate.

I have real conversations, as my real self and don't log off when bored. I act as I do in person and gently move away from uncomfortable interactions, or for persistent people tell them to move along. So my true answer would be that I like forming relationships in cyberspace because they allow me to meet a broader range of viewpoints and experiences than I would ever find in my RL.

I've playd it a coupla times (though had to lie about where I'm from - no NZ option!!!) and answered honestly as I could ... and drew the thief card both times. Darn! Wanted to be a healer.
A warrior, a lover, a philosopher or a poet would do, but a thief!!! Maybe in my next life!!! Thanx for another cool and thoughtful game, anyway.

No problem! You can play this game as many times as you wish. The winner every week is chosen at random by means of an algorithm, which scrambles the names of all the players who played that particular week. At the end of June the names of everyone who played will be thrown into the pot and a winner chosen at random as well. So feel free and have fun

Sorry for the delay in responding, I'm on the road...

Hi I just played the game. It is cool. I played it two times because I closed it down at the end and didn't see what I was by pressing on the chi symbol. I hope that didn't disqualify me from the contest (I think it might have entered me both times). I never read any of your books yet but they look fantastic. I am off the find out more about them also find a THIEF.

I came out as a healer.
