Thought the board would like to check out the new Avatar movie trailer for the James Cameron movie. What do you think? I'm a little dissappointed by cartoony feel of it.

Hi Cobra,
Having just watched the trailer I can't say that I'm excited by the look of the film either. I don't mind CGI being used in films as long you can't see it or notice it's use but the effects in the trailer look artificial and obviously unreal which is a shame because the live action and lighting looks typically Cameron.
I'm sure that there will be a big audience for this movie but it wont include me I'm afraid.
Oh and is it just me or is the idea of the Avatar not a million miles away from Bruce Willis's last movie surrogates?
